Based in Melbourne, Richard is responsible for setting the overall technical direction of Salsa projects and providing technical strategy.
Richard works with Salsa engagement managers to investigate clients’ needs and technical requirements. He provides a solution to meet our clients’ expectations, solving any problems on the go.

Previous experience
Richard started his professional life in the finance industry, before moving to IT in 2012. He’s worked on many projects as a web developer in the UK and Australia, across a wide range of industries. His expertise covers both frontend and backend development, and he’s also led complex replatforming/migration projects.
Before working for Salsa, Richard held a senior developer role at Victoria University leading their replatforming project.
