Based in Melbourne, Ines is one of our engagement managers, translating business requirements into digital solutions.
Ines works with our clients from project discovery to project launch, making sure projects run smoothly — on schedule and on budget. She bridges the gap between our clients and the tech team to ensure a shared understanding on all projects.

Previous experience
Ines has over 10 years’ experience as a project manager in the IT industry, and over 20 years’ experience in client relationship management.
Before joining Salsa, Ines worked as an implementation manager onboarding clients onto a SaaS solution that recognised employees’ achievements. This provided many companies with an online way to recognise employees and improve workplace culture. Clients included NAB, Qantas, IAG, AGL, Siemens, Deloitte, Lendlease and BHP Billiton.
Previous roles include working as a project manager, program manager, project officer and account manager.
