Based in Melbourne, Armando works for Salsa part-time, assisting the Salsa general service desk team.

As a Level 1 Service Desk Agent, Armando manages the progression of Salsa’s online service desk tickets. The tickets are submitted when Salsa’s support clients log issues and requests for changes.

Armando ensures that all tickets are resolved promptly by a respective member of Salsa’s development team. He communicates with the clients to provide clarity and guidance on the progress of their service requests.

Previous experience

Armando is currently studying at Beaconhills College to complete his Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE). He’s currently in Year 11, with 2024 being his final year.

In between his studies, Armando has worked part time for Salsa previously, in 2019, as an office administrator. In this role, he completed administration tasks, maintained the office supplies, and helped with office cleaning.

He has also worked at a family-run pizza shop as a kitchen hand, washing dishes and other cleaning tasks, along with the unloading and preparation of supplies.
