Based in Melbourne, Victoria, Kurt is responsible for the overall technical direction of Salsa and our tech team.
Kurt’s focus is executing our strategic technology roadmap and providing technical advice that will shape Salsa’s operations. He also directs the forward-thinking and technically exciting opportunities that arise for Salsa.
Kurt helps drive standardisation across Salsa’s operations, increases efficiencies, acts as a mentor for staff, and makes sure all Salsa team members are up to date with cutting-edge technology.

Previous experience
Kurt has over 20 years of experience across a multitude of technologies and frameworks in a number of business and government positions. He spent the last seven years working in the Victorian Public Service, where he became Director of Architecture and Platform Engineering in the Department of Government Services.
