Based in Melbourne, Rahin supports Salsa and GovCMS clients as an L1 Service Desk Agent, troubleshooting technical issues and helping keep day-to-day service desk operations running smoothly.

Rahin works closely with our clients to understand underlying problems and requests, resolve issues where he can, and escalate them when needed to keep tickets moving smoothly. He has a strong customer service focus, with an eye on both efficiency and service quality. That mix helps our clients get timely support and helps Salsa’s Service Desk team perform at its best.

Previous experience

Rahin has over 8 years of experience in administration across the healthcare, warehousing and IT industries. Before joining Salsa, he worked at I-MED Radiology providing first-line IT and administrative support to patients and staff, resolving technical issues, maintaining accurate records and delivering high-quality customer service. He also supported the training of new team members and contributed to operational improvements.

Prior to that, he spent over 7 years in warehouse administration, managing inventory and daily operations while improving workflows and efficiency. He’s also worked as a freelance web developer, building responsive web applications.
