In memory of Nick Austen
We remember and honour our colleague, Nick who was a valued member of our team. His technical brilliance, love for all things challenging, dedication, sense of humour and impact on those around him will never be forgotten.
Though he is no longer with us, his presence remains in the work he did and the positive influence he had on our team and our clients. We are grateful for the time we shared with him and will always hold his memory close.
Based in Melbourne, Nick is the GovCMS Service Desk Manager. Working closely with our level one service desk agents, application support engineers and our partners, Nick's role is to ensure the smooth operation of the team and customer satisfaction.

Previous experience
Nick has 20 years’ experience in IT projects and consulting across a broad range of industries including insurance, banking and finance, energy and telecoms both in Australia and overseas. His previous roles include project management, engagement management, business analysis, quality assurance, application development and support.
Nick has worked for some of the world's largest system integrators and software delivery companies, well-known Australian brands as well as delivering projects as an independent consultant for local SMEs. He has travelled extensively for work and has many years’ experience working with geographically dispersed teams and in complex matrix environments.
