Based in Hobart, Daniel is the Salsa Service Desk Manager.

As the Salsa Service Desk Manager, Daniel looks after our support customers, ensuring their websites and digital projects are always available, secure, maintained and fast. He deals closely with clients to support their needs.

Working with our level one service desk agents, application support engineers and our partners, Daniel ensures the smooth operation of the team and customer satisfaction.

Previous experience

Daniel has over 15 years of experience in operations management and customer service, having recently worked as an operations manager for Neuron Mobility, where he was at the forefront of stakeholder management and business operations. Before that, he was involved in operations management for a series of large shopping centres in and around Hobart.

Daniel also started and ran his own electrical contracting business back in South Africa.
