Tanaya Dipnaik

Based in Melbourne, Tanaya is a quality assurance tester working across our digital projects and Salsa Service Desk.

Tanaya works on a variety of Salsa projects, testing both the frontend and backend with strong attention to detail. She looks after defect management, test reporting and test case management, and communicates test results clearly to our clients. With more than 10 years' experience, Tanaya helps make sure quality is built into the work from the start.

Previous experience

Tanaya has more than 10 years' experience in quality assurance testing, working as a senior consultant, QA team lead, test analyst and software engineer.

Before coming to Salsa, Tanaya spent more than seven years at Avanade, as a senior consultant and a consultant in software engineering. Prior to that she worked at Loud & Clear as a test analyst, and held QA leadership roles at ShopElect and PRDXN. She began her career as a software engineer at Accenture, and has also taught software testing and quality assurance as an assistant professor at Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering. Across these roles she has led teams, mentored colleagues and focused on best practice to deliver quality technical solutions.
