The content audit is step 3 of a 24 step project delivery process Salsa has designed for migrating (or upgrading) sites from a legacy or proprietary CMS to Drupal 9.

  1. Desktop review of information architecture, content structures and content pages

  2. Workshop with stakeholder(s) / product owner to identify, review and validate all content architecture, structures and pages.

  3. Full contract extract and audit to identify all distinct content structures, content elements and pages (via Merlin)

Deliverables

  1. Site feature matrix representing all distinct content types

  2. Content audit inventory detailing all content structures/types

  3. Full content audit/extract to inventorize all content pages
