Overview

The details on this page represents the goal, activities, deliverables and resources for conducting a documentation as part of a site migration project.

The documentation is step 19 of a 24 step project delivery process Salsa has designed for migrating (or upgrading) sites from a legacy or proprietary CMS to Drupal 9.

Deliver documentation as needed for the project.

Activities

1. Agree documents and any alternative methods (eg screencasts)

2. Timeboxed documentation/content production

3. Sign-off documents and host such they may be discovered and iterated.

Deliverables

1. Optional technical maintenance documentation

2. Optional content user guide for content managers

3. Optional site administration guide for site builders / maintainers
