About GovCMS Drupal 9 upgrade

Overview

GovCMS is Australia’s whole-of-gov CMS platform built with open source CMS, Drupal. It offers three versions: Drupal 7, Drupal 8 and Drupal 9.

  • Drupal 7 reaches end-of-life in November, 2022
  • Drupal 8 reaches end-of-life in November, 2021

Agencies are required to upgrade before these dates to remain secure, supported and compliant.
