Con Fountas

Based in Melbourne, Con oversees Salsa’s two major government programs, GovCMS and Vic DPC’s Single Digital Presence.  A testament to his wide-ranging skills, he also chairs Salsa’s Board and is the co-founder for an early stage startup that Salsa holds an interest in.  

Con started with Salsa as a business consultant in 2013 and then managed operations. He was the managing director for four years before transitioning to the adrenaline-charged startup world alongside board and senior client-facing roles.

Previous experience

Con’s broad range of hands-on, multidisciplinary experience includes senior management roles in general management, finance, human resources, information technology and operations. He’s run numerous change management programs, aligning team culture and commercial outcomes with overall business objectives. As part of his holistic approach to change management he’s designed and implemented customer service systems and IT systems and processes, improving operational control and delivering substantial commercial and strategic returns. Before joining Salsa, Con ran his own consultancy business and prior to that worked at Powerfront, Shop for Shops and Expo Hire.
