Armando Deeb

Based in Melbourne, Armando works for Salsa part time, supporting the team with AI, automation and technology operations.

As part of his role in Operations Support, Armando helps identify opportunities where AI and automation can simplify repetitive tasks, improve existing processes and make day-to-day operations more efficient.

Armando particularly enjoys the problem-solving side of the role — understanding how an existing process works, identifying where it could be improved, and using technology to develop a practical solution.

Alongside his work at Salsa, Armando is currently studying Cybersecurity at RMIT University, allowing him to continue developing his technical knowledge while gaining hands-on experience within the industry.

Previous experience

Before moving into Operations Support, Armando worked as a Junior Level 1 Service Desk at Salsa. In his role, he helped manage the progression of online service desk tickets, communicated with clients regarding their requests, and worked with Salsa’s development team to help ensure issues were progressed and resolved.

• VET Certificate II for Applied Language (French)
