A Salsa tradition

Every year, Salsarians vote for the Salsa champion for that year. Each person can give one team member three points, one two points and one person one point. They can also leave a comment for each point allocation.

It’s always a lot of fun at the Christmas party, when the comments and points are read out, tallied and then the impressive cup is awarded!

Kate Swayne takes home the cup

This year, Kate Swayne is the Salsa champion, with 26 points.

Some of Kate’s three-point comments included:

  • Master cat herder
  • Always happy to help, always with high quality work, able to do anything!
  • For filling in so many gaps and always adding value for clients or internal staff
  • Because she always delivers, with excellence, whatever is needed

The runners up

This year, the runners up were Paul Morriss (18 points) and Angela Rako (16 points) — Angela was also last year’s winner. Hot on their heels with 15 points was Alan Cole, Antoine Osanz, Ming Quah and Steve Worley.
